Cost:

• If TLN takes your insurance, then there if no cost to you.

• If TLN doesn’t take your insurance, the following fee structure is for out-of-pocket/self-pay costs.

  • Home Visit Initial (90min): $225

  • Home Visit Follow Up (60min): $175

  • Virtual Initial (75min): $175

  • Virtual Follow Up (45min): $110

  • If you have Medicaid or are receiving social services:

    • Home Visit Initial: $175, Home Visit Follow Up: $115, Virtual Initial: $120, Virtual Follow Up: $70

• There is a $50 cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.  If you or someone in your household is ill, the cancellation fee does not apply, but you must notify me of cancellation in advance.

• If your insurance is not accepted through The Lactation Network, I will supply you with a superbill for submitting to your insurance for reimbursement. You will be responsible for self-pay fees. Insurance companies are supposed to cover lactation services under the Affordable Care Act, please reach out to me if you are having trouble getting reimbursed.
